The Sun Sets on Moonstone Wellness Center

After three years of existence, Moonstone Wellness Center is no longer sustainable and has closed it’s doors.
All providers who worked at the center are continuing their business either at the center or at new locations and can still be reached at their respective business phone numbers.

Aesthetics by Evelyn will continue all her Big Bear services at Elevations Day Spa. and at her additional locations at:

Desert Mountain Medical Group, Apple Valley
Salon Suites, Palm Desert
Dr. Q Plastic Surgery, Rancho Mirage

Same phone numbers and contact information as in the past for appointments!

For all Big Bear Lake appointments, you can now also call Elevations Day Spa at 909-866-7405. They are open 7 days a week to put you on my Big Bear schedule!!

This life course adjustment allows me to climb another mountain in my mind in pursuit of greater dreams and desires…as the siren song of Nurse Practitioner lures me on!
